- 职位描述
- 1.设计、开发和执行自动化测试脚本，确保软件产品的高质量。
2.基于船舶行业的软件系统相关要求，创建详细、全面且结构化的测试计划和测试用例。
3.执行功能测试、回归测试、性能测试和安全测试等，确保软件在各个方面的可靠性。
4.与开发团队紧密合作，参与需求分析和设计评审，提出可测试性建议。
5.记录测试结果，分析并报告缺陷，跟踪问题解决进展。
6.持续改进测试流程和方法，推动测试自动化和效率提升。
7.协助搭建和维护测试环境，确保测试工具和框架的正常运行
- 岗位要求
- 1.计算机科学、软件工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。
2.3年以上软件测试工作经验，至少2年自动化测试经验。
3.熟练掌握至少一种自动化测试框架和工具，如Selenium、Appium、Jenkins等。
4.具备编写自动化测试脚本的能力，熟悉至少一种编程语言（如Python、Java、JavaScript等）。
5.熟悉测试管理工具，如JIRA、TestRail等。
6.具备优秀的分析和问题解决能力，能快速定位并解决软件缺陷。
7.了解软件开发生命周期（SDLC）和敏捷开发方法（如Scrum、Kanban）。
8.优秀的团队合作精神和沟通能力，能够与开发、产品等团队紧密协作。
9.具备较强的责任心和主动性，能够在压力下完成工作。
